Intracranial injuries, n.e.c.

An employee slipped on spilled fuel and fell, striking their head on concrete. The employee suffered brain swelling.

An employee was standing on site when the wind picked up a 3/4-inch plywood board and threw it towards the employee. The board struck his head, causing cerebral contusions.

An employee was unloading an oil drum and fell off the back of the truck resulting in a serious head injury and hospitalization.

An employee was connecting a digger/derrick hoisting hook to a material trailer. The digger/derrick started picking up the trailer and the hook slipped off. The hook struck the employee in the face causing blunt force trauma to the face including facial fractures and coma.

An employee was descending a fixed ladder on a de-ice truck and missed the last rung. The employee fell less than 2 feet and struck his head on the concrete ground. The employee has brain swelling and possible bleeding.
