Report: Nonroadway collision with object other than vehicle, n.e.c. at Viking Supplynet in Irving, Texas
An employee was driving an order picker backwards down an inventory aisle. One of the pallets on his lift became caught on an inventory racking, pushing the pallet into his leg and pinning him against the order picker. He suffered lacerations and a right leg sprain, requiring hospitalization.
