Herniated discs

An employee was carrying a bundle of electrical cable when his legs felt weak and he fell to the ground. He suffered a herniated disc in his back that caused a pinched nerve.

Two employees were backing out a landing joint from a hanger using two chain tongues on each side. One of the employees suffered a back injury while pulling the equipment. He was hospitalized for a ruptured disk.

On February 27, 2017, at approximately 12:40 PM, an employee was assembling a scaffold and fell from the scaffold. The employee was hospitalized for a herniated disc.
