Report: Struck, caught, or crushed in other collapsing structure or equipment at CAPFORM, INC. in Arlington, Texas

Three employees were attempting to relocate a shoring tower when the tower fell over and struck them. One of the employees received neck injuries and required stitches to the index and ring fingers. A second employee fractured the lower left leg and was hospitalized. The third employee received a contusion to the right hand.
