Report: Struck by swinging part of powered vehicle at Walmart Stores, Inc. in Baytown, Texas

An employee had used a yard mule to park a trailer and was pulling away from the trailer when the yard mule’s air hose separated and snapped back through the open rear door, striking the employee in the forearm near the wrist. The employee suffered a compound fracture of the right radius and ulna.
