While cleaning equipment prior to rig down, an employee was working with a rig contractor to rig down a centrifuge slide with a forklift. The employee was sitting on a beam under the centrifuge and behind the slide when the slide slipped off the forklift, swinging and pinning the employee against the beam of the centrifuge. He sustained a fractured tibia and fibula just below the left knee.
