Report: Struck by swinging or slipping object, other than handheld, n.e.c. at WLP Holdings, LLP in Rankin, Texas

An employee was observing as a crew spooled up a quarter-mile of 3-inch poly pipe. The tail end of the pipe caught on a bush and the middle section pulled inward, knocking the employee to the ground and breaking his right arm and leg. He was hospitalized.
