An employee was moving freight when she tried to move an electric pallet jack out of her way by releasing the lever on the electric pallet jack and allowing it to roll away. She was standing between the pallet jack and the dock door when the pallet jack rolled towards her. She was caught between the pallet jack and the dock door, injuring her right leg.
