An employee was working near a crushing machine. A front-end loader was picking up a vehicle to be crushed when the vehicle fell off the forks. The employee was walking nearby and was struck by the falling vehicle, suffering a dislocated hip, lacerations, and broken ribs. The employee was hospitalized.
