Report: Struck by or caught in swinging door or gate at Landry's Seafood House in Galveston, Texas

An employee was carrying a tray to the kitchen and something was blocking the kitchen door. The employee tried to push the door open. The door came back and hit the tray, which struck the employee in the throat area. The employee suffered blunt neck trauma and respiratory failure.
