Report: Struck by or caught in swinging door or gate at United Rentals North America, Inc in La Porte, Texas

A third-party truck was departing the facility and stopped at the gate. An employee was walking over to the passenger side of the truck to talk to the driver and got caught in between the gate and the truck as the gate was closing. The employee was crushed and sustained internal bleeding.
