Report: Struck by object or equipment rolling freely at Lagreca Services Horizontal Directional Drilling Inc. in Fulshear, Tx

A drilling pipe was being unloaded from a flatbed trailer and being strapped to a backhoe. The flatbed trailer collapsed. The pipe rolled to the right and struck an employee in the chest, causing chest and neck injuries. The employee was hospitalized.
