Report: Struck by object or equipment rolling freely at BMWC Constructors GulfCoast Inc. in Pasadena, Texas

BMWC employees were unloading 18-inch pipe from a trailer and placing it on the ground. The pipe began to roll, trapped an employee’s foot, and rolled up onto his leg, breaking his tibia. He was hospitalized.
