Report: Struck by object falling from vehicle or machinery-other than vehicle part at Woodlands Country Club Tournament in The Woodlands, Texas
An employee was performing maintenance on a golf cart that was on a jack lift when the cart moved while the employee was working underneath it and fell on the employee. The employee suffered four broken ribs and an air pocket in the lung. The cart was not in park at the time of the incident.
