Report: Struck by falling object or equipment, n.e.c. at Kent Companies Texas LLC in Carrollton, Texas

Two employees were tying rebar and getting ready to pour a concrete slab for a ramp to a parking lot of a multi-family dwelling under construction. A vehicle struck a temporary chain link fence that the employees were working in close proximity to causing it to fall over onto the employees and trap them. One employee was admitted to the hospital for a strained back and contusions.
