An employee was operating a forklift to stack insulation and attempted to reverse the forklift. The forklift contacted another roll of insulation, which fell on top of the forklift. The employee stepped out of the forklift to remove the insulation. The insulation then hit the ground and bounced, striking and breaking the employee’s left fibula.
