Report: Struck by falling object or equipment, n.e.c. at C&C North America Inc. in Houston, Texas

A clamp was pulling a slab from an A-frame and lifting it in the air when it hit other slabs that were resting on safety poles. Five to six quartz slabs then fell from the A-frame and struck an employee, who suffered a fractured left knee and was hospitalized.
