Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at TOFV, LLC in Victoria, Texas

An employee was working in an oil lube area and pulled on a bungie cord attached to an oil drain pan stand. The cord dislodged a flat tip screwdriver that was in the nipple valve of the oil drain pan. The screwdriver flew and hit the employee in the eye, causing an injury that required hospitalization.
