Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Callon Petroleun Operating Company in Rankin, Texas

On 11/22/2015 at 11:50 a.m. an employee was isolating the gas line to identify the point of a suspected ice plug. He walked over to the meter when the hammer union on a two inch gas line disconnected and the pipe struck his leg injuring the tibia and fibula.
