Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Altus Traffic Management in Fort Worth, Texas

An employee was completing a lane closure on the off/on ramp. The employee was securing a mobile arrow-board when a third party struck a TMA vehicle that had caution lights flashing. The third-party vehicle lost control, went in front of the arrow-board, and struck it. The board then struck the employee on the leg.
