Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Boh Bros Construction, LLC in New Orleans, Louisiana

A truck driver was standing on the side of the truck while it was being unloaded by a forklift driver. A 12 inch piece of PVC pipe (8 ft. 7 in.) became stuck in the window lip of the truck. It broke free and sprung off the forklift striking the truck driver and causing head and neck injuries.
