Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Labor Services, LLC in Paulina, Louisiana

An employee was performing routine activities, wrapping hydraulic hose from a bin onto a drum/spoil using a bin whip. The hose was being raised out of the bin onto the drum/spoil to be coiled evenly along the length when the bin whip broke free of the frame and struck the employee on his face and shoulder. He was hospitalized.
