Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Excel Modular Scaffold and Leasing Corporation in Texas City, Texas

An employee was removing boards from a scaffold. While the employee was pulling a nail from a board with a hammer, the nail flew off and struck the employee between his nose and right eye, becoming embedded in his skin. He was hospitalized.
