Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at TURNER INDUSTRIES GROUP, LLC in Paris, Texas

An employee was removing a steel wedge from a bending clamp that was used to secure a steel pipe in a bending machine when the wedge came out with force and struck the employee in the head. The employee then fell from the steps he was working from and to the ground, fracturing his skull and back.
