Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Industrial Electrical Services Inc in Houston, Texas

An employee was monitoring as an electrical crew used a pulley system to pull conduit when the pulley plate broke loose and struck the right side of the employee’s body. The employee suffered a broken elbow and forearm, as well as contusions to the hip area and below. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
