Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Select Energy Services, LLC in Orla, Texas

An employee was checking water lines for leaks. When he found a leak, the employee applied a pincher device that crushes the line to stop the flow of water. A clamp on the device popped off and struck the employee on the chin fracturing four teeth on his lower jaw.
