Report: Struck by discharged or flying object, n.e.c. at Flint Hills Resources Corpus Christi Refinery in Corpus Christi, Texas

On 10/15/2015, at about 10:00 p.m., an employee was taking a sample from a petroleum unit of the refinery. During the sampling process, the glass bottle ruptured and broke. The glass debris injured the employee’s face and left eye.
