Employees were running packers and had just finished a job. The injured employee was kneeling down on the left knee on the under floor (floor that was six feet off the ground) when a sudden burst of pressure and flow back struck the injured employee’s right side dislocating an elbow, breaking the ulna and causing various abrasions and bruises.
