Report: Struck by discharged object or substance at DCP Midstream LLC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

An employee was working on a compressor valve. As the cap was being removed, the valve blew off. It struck him, causing a laceration above the eye and injuries to the wrist, midsection, and ankle. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery to the ankle.
