Report: Struck by discharged object or substance at Chevron in Sterling City, Texas

One employee from Chevron and two employees from Exterran were putting compressors back on line when a rupture on the discharge line occurred. The Chevron employee was taken to the hospital to removed debris from his left leg and released. One Exterran employee was not injured and the other employee received a scratch above eye requiring first aid only.
