A vessel was being unloaded with steel pipe. A forklift was coming in to pick up material to be put into a truck. An employee was inspecting the load that was to go into the truck. As he was looking at his check sheet, the forklift operator made a 90-degree turn and backed into him, injuring his right leg and foot.
