Report: Pedestrian struck by vehicle backing up in nonroadway area at HIS Paint Manufacturing Company in Durant, Oklahoma

DATE: 01/22/15

On 1/22/15, at about 9:20 a.m., an employee was standing by a flat bed trailer while a Roll Off Of America forklift driver backed up. The forklift driver ran over the employee’s left lower leg. The employee was transported by ambulance to Texoma Medical Center in Texas and admitted as an in-patient.
