Report: Pedestrian struck by vehicle backing up in nonroadway area at Bayer - U.S. Crop Science Division in Aiken, Texas

The injured employee was spotting for another employee who was backing a conveyor out of a warehouse using a forklift. The injured employee noticed that the forklift was about to hit the overhead door to the warehouse with the conveyor. The injured employee went to lower the conveyor to prevent damage to the overhead door and the conveyor and the forklift struck the employee breaking both legs below the knee.
