Report: Pedestrian struck by forward-moving vehicle in nonroadway area at Jordan Foster Construction, LLC in Martindale, Texas

An employee was walking on the right side of equipment in a blind spot. The equipment operator maneuvered right to avoid another piece of equipment, and the front right tire caught the injured employee’s legs and pinned him to the ground. He sustained a back injury and potential pelvic fracture.
