Report: Part of occupant’s body caught between vehicle and other object in nonroadway transport incident at Amazon FTW2 in Coppell, Texas

An employee was operating a clamp truck and pulling it into the battery charging area to park it. Her left foot was outside the confines of the clamp truck and struck a railing. Her left foot was then caught between the clamp truck and the railing, fracturing her big toe and avulsing the skin from the big and middle toes. She was hospitalized.
