An employee was operating a standup counter-balanced forklift when he lost control and was about to hit a vendor’s vehicle parked inside the warehouse. His foot stuck out before impact and became stuck between the forklift and the vehicle. He suffered a broken and lacerated big toe and a punctured calf.
