The injured employee, a semi truck driver, left the company in Woodward to deliver a load at various locations in Oklahoma. He left Woodward around 3:00 AM to go to the site in Laverne, OK. When he got to the site, he opened the door and got a forklift truck out to unload the truck by himself. Someone came to the site later and found him on the ground. He may have fallen from the back of the truck. He had 3 broken ribs, a fractured skull and bleeding in the brain.
