Worker was repairing an overhead door roller located in the shop. He set up an extension ladder against the wall of the building and climbed up. After he made the repair using his hands, he fell while descending the ladder. He landed on a water pump that was below and sustained multiple injuries to the right side of his body, including his right arm, knee cap, ribs, and cheek. He also sustained a cranial injury due to the fall and suffered a concussion.
