An employee was in the bucket of an aerial lift while it was being repaired. A stabilizing cable broke, the bucket tipped, and the employee fell to the ground. The bucket had been lowered down onto the truck during the repairs. The employee sustained a punctured lung, cracked ribs, and a broken collarbone.
