An employee was on the back of a trailer (about 3 or 4 feet off the ground), loading pieces of a roller coaster. The releasing ratchet strap holding the equipment in place slipped; the employee fell, landing on a piece of the roller coaster’s track and suffering two broken ribs and a collapsed lung.
