An employee was delivering glass to a client. He was attempting to secure tarps that were covering the glass on a flatbed trailer when he pulled on a rope and the rope broke. When the rope broke, he fell off the trailer and onto the concrete ground, fracturing his right scapula and three right ribs. He also suffered a concussion and neck injury.
