Employees were trying to raise the elevation of a working platform turntable. A crane lifting the table applied too much upward pull to it before the pins that would release it were removed. An employee on the turntable was flung off when it broke free from its concrete anchors. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a broken lower right leg.
