An employee was on a ladder cutting a ceiling grid down from the ceiling. As he snipped a wire, a portion of the ceiling fell and swung, hitting the ladder. The ladder started falling, and the employee put his right arm out to break his fall. When he hit the ground, he broke his right wrist.
