On or about 21 July 2015, at approximately 1000 hrs, an employee for Convent Health Services was injured while performing maintenance work near the Convent Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. He was on the third rung of a ladder when he fell off, causing a laceration and severe ligament damage to his legs. He was hospitalized for treatment.
