Report: Other fall to lower level less than 6 feet at New Earth in Katy, Texas

Two employees were fixing and troubleshooting a machine. One of them was on a ladder on top of a belt that needed to be replaced, 3.5 feet high. The machine was activated and the belt moved the ladder, causing the employee to fall to the ground and injure his lower right leg.
