An employee was unloading large trees from the top of an 18-wheeler when the strap came loose from the backhoe digging arm. The arm then swung and hit him in the left upper body, causing him to fall 4 feet to the ground. He suffered broken ribs, a collapsed lung, a broken collarbone, and a head abrasion.
