An employee was working on a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine when a part came loose inside the machine. The door of the machine stopped the part, but the door caused the employee to fall off the 15-inch platform and land on the ground. The employee suffered a broken collarbone, broken rib, and other injuries, requiring hospitalization.
