An employee was blowing down a chemical tank. As he was unhooking the connection line from the blower machine, he fell approximately 10 feet to the cement ground and may have hit the metal tank on the way down. He suffered impact injuries to the head and face and was hospitalized. Fall protection was not worn at the time of the incident.
