Report: Other fall to lower level 6 to 10 feet at Ismael Hernandez in Sachse, Texas

An employee was installing floor trusses on the second level of a residential construction site. The employee was walking on the top plate of a framed and braced wall, marking the location of floor trusses. When the employee stepped onto the bump wall, it became unstable and the employee fell approximately 10 feet to the ground below, fracturing a tibia and fibula. Fall protection was not worn at the time.
