An employee was installing insulation into the cavity of a wall. A wooden guardrail system was installed around the opened area. The employee was leaning over the guardrails when one topsail separated, allowing the employee to fall from the fourth to the second level floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured pelvis and right arm.
